Recruiters won’t trust AI after a few bad parses. RippleHire’s success depended on accuracy, explainable matching, and seamless integrations. The platform had to be fast, scalable, and reliable enough to become a daily workflow tool-not a flashy demo.
V2STech established a dedicated engineering pod focused on platform enhancements, onboarding automation, and UI modernization. The goal was to enable business users to manage onboarding independently while improving system scalability.
V2STech designed a configurable framework that allowed onboarding to be managed through the admin interface rather than database scripts. This enabled: UI-based customer configuration, Reduced developer intervention, Faster onboarding cycles, and improved operational flexibility. The new approach transformed onboarding into a repeatable workflow.
To support different customer requirements, V2STech introduced a flexible configuration framework. This included: Dynamic field configuration, Single-point update management, Client-specific workflow setup, and Reusable configuration templates. This reduced complexity and improved maintainability.
A dynamic form builder module was introduced to simplify onboarding setup. Capabilities included: Drag-and-drop configuration, Dynamic field creation, Reusable templates and Configurable validation rules.
Scaled to 60+ agencies, added 15 job board integrations, improved parsing accuracy to 95%, launched candidate mobile app, and added video interview integration.
Reached 200+ agencies, processed 100K+ resumes/month, scaled infrastructure for 10X growth, and won NASSCOM Emerge50 (top 50 startups in India).
